Oh, my Lord.
I wish I'd stopped somewhere else.
Under normal circumstances, the service I just received would demand a one star rating. The get the second star only because Popey's has the best damned fried chicken on the planet.
The service at this location is horrendous! I sat at the drive through menu board for about ten minutes and was never greeted. Figuring the speaker might not be functioning properly, I pulled around only to find that the lack of greeting was due to the drive through person sharing a "smoke" with the patron already at the window.
Still determined to return home with God's greatest gift to chicken, I pulled into a spot and went inside. I almost couldn't make it to the counter. I believe the sticky film on the floor, determined to thwart my forward progress, was thicker than the tile upon which it was caked.
I placed my VERY simple order. 4 legs, large mashed, and a mountain dew.
The order was delivered quickly and accurately. The chicken, however, was cold and tacky. I assume because it'd been in the bin due to the slow down at the drive through.
It is quite obvious, to me, that the crew of this ship has little to no concern as to whether or not this ship sinks or floats, and it amazes me that any corporation could glean even a minuscule profit from a store run this poorly. I mean, really? Unemployment is high, and wages are low and you guys can't field a team that can resist sharing a joint at the drive through window? -

Easily the nastiest Popeyes I've been to.
It's dirty. I will NEVER come back to this location.
Door was hanging open; which shouldn't happen at any restaurant.
Walked in; counter was in disarray. Ordered a 5 piece blackened tender with cole slaw for the side and unsweetened tea to drink. Also asked for a couple of packets of bayou buffalo dipping sauce.
No unsweetened tea. Okay. I'll just have water.
No card reader working at the counter.
Got the order. No sauce. Breaded tenders; not blackened. No fork in the dispensary at the end of the counter.
Got challenged when I asked for a fork. She pointed and said "forks down there". I showed her there were no forks; no napkins. No sauce.
She left. Another counter person was very helpful and got sauce, forks and napkins. At that point I wasn't going to address the blackened tenders.
The food quality was on par with Popeyes.
The service and facility were not.
I'd say maybe it was just a bad day; but reading the other reviews...I don't think it was.
There are other Popeyes fairly close that HAVE to be better than this one. I'll keep driving next time.
Got my order quickly. -

I have never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant in my life! First of all, I've gone to this restaurant several times and they were only taking orders through the drive thru. One of the times I decided to go ahead and order...I got no response at the intercom after waiting 5 minutes so I go ahead and drive around to the window. The cashier then says "Oh, our intercom is not working. I go ahead and place an order and was told that it would take 9 minutes. I told him that I would wait so he told me to pull into a parking space. I pull out my phone while I waited and suddenly realized that I had been sitting there over 30 minutes. I go inside to ask about my order. The guy who originally took my order was no longer there. The food I ordered, they were apparently out of! For 15 minutes they had me believing that they were working on my order, then I was asked for my receipt...a few minutes later, he comes back and ask for the card I used to pay with. He brings my card back along with the refund receipt and gave me not as much as a "I'm sorry"! I wasn't offered any compensation for my inconvenience. Trust and believe, I will never patronize that place ever again. The employees are rude, and the one cashier had her cell phone on the counter face timing somebody while waiting on customers! NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I guess the speaker wasn't working so there was a sign saying to order at the window. So I drove around and waited at the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes without being helped. I was the only person in the drive thru and the two employees I could see from the window were sitting down talking. Ridiculous lol

Okay guys! This review is simply based upon my recent visit using the drive thru. This restaurant is almost always "hit or miss". Omg! I've had so many bad experiences here but I won't speak on that today. I was pressed for time but needed to grab something quick and cheap. Anyone who enjoys Popeyes knows that they never offer coupons or specials so it is economically wise to visit one of the other many places in the area that specializes in yard bird! I chose a $5 box which included a two piece (leg/thigh), two sides and a biscuit. I was in and out of the drive through in five minutes! Five minutes! The cashier was friendly (almost never at this location) and gracious. The food was fresh and hot! The chicken was crispy, juicy and full of flavor! The mashed potatoes were perfect! I never got around to the red beans and rice. Again, this review is based on my recent visit. I suppose I should get the dice ready for the next time as this will probably never happen again.
